This Contact Form Privacy Notice explains how personal data submitted through the contact form available on in-novalegal.com is processed in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and applicable data protection legislation.
Please do not submit confidential, sensitive or unnecessary personal information through the contact form. Submitting an enquiry through the website does not, by itself, establish an attorney-client relationship.

Where no professional relationship is established, personal data will not be retained longer than reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, subject to any applicable legal or professional retention requirements.
7. Professional Confidentiality
As attorneys, we are subject to professional confidentiality and secrecy obligations under applicable Turkish law, including the Attorneyship Law No. 1136.
However, submitting information through the contact form does not by itself establish an attorney-client relationship. You should therefore refrain from submitting confidential, sensitive or unnecessary information through the form unless specifically requested to do so.
8. Your Rights Under the KVKK
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you may exercise your applicable rights concerning your personal data, including the rights to obtain information regarding processing, request correction or deletion where the relevant legal conditions are met, object to certain processing activities and request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
Requests concerning your rights may be submitted to the data controllers using the contact details provided in Section 1, in accordance with the procedures prescribed under applicable data protection legislation.

We may update this Contact Form Privacy Notice where necessary to reflect changes in our processing activities or applicable legislation.
