Ekin Can is a founding partner of in-novalegal and a member of the Istanbul Bar Association. He graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law (LL.B.) and holds an LL.M. in Economic Law, with a focus on Banking and Finance Law, from Istanbul Bilgi University. He is also an accredited mediator.
His professional training also includes certificate programmes in Energy Law at Istanbul Institute and Capital Markets and Basic Stock Exchange Training at Borsa Istanbul, as well as training under the Turkish Criminal Procedure Code for court-appointed defence counsel. He has also completed specialised mediation training in Insurance Law.
His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, employment law, intellectual property and dispute resolution. He advises businesses on complex commercial and employment matters, intellectual property and strategic legal issues, and represents clients in litigation and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
